Bio-based fire protection of wood

Treet has developed and certified the bio-based flame retardant technology applicable to a variety of wood and wood-based construction materials. Our NORFLAM® flame retardants provide the required reaction to fire class B-s1, d0 and lower for thermally modified timber products.

Treatment with bio-based flame retardant means that the wood products are sustainable and non-harmful on exteriors and interiors. Our flame retardants are ph-neutral, waterborne, and low-VOC products.
